On Monday 27th of June 2016, Phoenix Fitness opened its doors for the first time. We could not be more excited about this venture. Let us share our vision with you!

Phoenix Fitness is the result of a good few years’ dreaming among four friends. We – Robin, Darren, Ruairidh and Mark – shared an image of a fitness studio delivering time-efficient and effective training to individuals and small groups. Collectively we have over twenty years experience in the industry and we want to share our passion for fitness with our clients.

Using a carefully selected range of  both cardiovascular and resistance equipment, our classes will ensure that our clients get a good workout in a fun and welcoming environment. Small class sizes (maximum of 6 per class) mean that each participant will receive the guidance they need to get the most from their training. One-to-one training allows for an even more personal experience, with each session tailored to fit your needs exactly.

As well as providing an exceptional training experience in the studio, we will be growing an online community too, sharing news,  recipes, motivation and  more through various channels. You can stay up to date through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and of course right here on the blog.
